On a free trip you can invite yourself plus 4 participants (5 people total). With weReady Pro there's no limit on participants per trip. Note: limits are enforced against the trip owner's tier — if the organizer has Pro, Pro limits apply to everyone on that trip.
Free lets you have up to 3 active trips and manage 2 friend groups at a time. Pro removes both limits — unlimited trips and friend groups.
Free allows up to 50 photos per trip with a lifetime cap of 150 photos across all trips. Photos are up to 5 MB each, and videos count as 10 photos against your quota. Pro raises this to 1000 photos per trip with no lifetime cap, files up to 50 MB (including RAW and camera originals), and videos count 1:1.
Free trips are kept for 3 years after the trip's end date. Pro trips are kept for 10 years. You'll receive a reminder email 30 days before a trip is scheduled for automatic deletion, so you have time to export your photos or upgrade. A Pro upgrade automatically extends every existing trip to 10 years from its end date.
Trip documents (travel papers, bookings, tickets), extra trip admins, 50 MB photo uploads and 10-year retention are Pro-only. Free users can't add documents or co-admins on their own trips.
