This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for weReady purchases made directly from us.
Scope
This policy applies to purchases made directly through weReady and processed by Stripe.
If you purchase through Apple, Google, or another marketplace in the future, that store's billing and refund policy may apply instead.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For eligible direct Stripe purchases, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.
To qualify, all of the following must be true:
- your refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original charge;
- the purchase was made directly through weReady using Stripe;
- your account has not materially used paid features or generated disproportionate storage, processing, or support costs.
What Counts as Material Use
For clarity, an account may be treated as materially used if, during the refund period, it has done one or more of the following:
- created one or more trips;
- uploaded 200 or more images;
- added 50 or more necessities;
- added 50 or more ideas;
- otherwise consumed a substantial amount of storage, processing, moderation, or support resources.
These examples are intended to keep the policy objective and to prevent abusive use of the Service followed by a refund request.
When Refunds May Be Refused
We may refuse a refund request if:
- the request is submitted after the 30-day period;
- the account shows material use under this policy;
- the purchase was made through a third-party app store or payment platform that controls the refund process;
- the request is fraudulent, abusive, or connected to policy violations.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless a refund is granted, cancellation stops renewal for future billing periods and your paid features remain active until the end of the then-current paid period.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including any statutory rights of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact hello@weready.app and include the email address linked to your account, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request.
We may ask for limited information to verify the purchase and assess eligibility under this policy.
