Fair Use Policy
Last updated: 11 April 2026
This Fair Use Policy explains the intended use of weReady's storage and collaboration features.
Purpose of the Service
weReady is designed for trip planning and shared coordination. It is not intended to be used as a general-purpose cloud drive, permanent media archive, or backup service.
Storage Caps
Storage caps are set per subscription tier and listed on our pricing page. In summary:
- Free accounts: up to 50 photos per trip with a lifetime total of 150 photos across all trips, 5 MB per file, videos count as 10 photos against the quota, trips retained for 3 years after the end date.
- Pro accounts: up to 1,000 photos per trip with no lifetime cap, 50 MB per file, videos count 1:1, trips retained for 10 years after the end date, plus Pro-only document uploads.
If you reach these limits, new uploads may be stopped until older content is removed, a trip is deleted, or you upgrade your plan.
Examples of Unfair or Abusive Use
The following are examples of use that may violate this policy:
- using weReady primarily as long-term file storage instead of trip planning;
- bulk or automated uploads unrelated to real trip collaboration;
- uploading unusually large amounts of content that create disproportionate storage or processing load;
- attempting to bypass storage caps, upload limits, or technical restrictions;
- using the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.
What We May Do
If we reasonably believe your usage violates this policy, we may:
- warn you and ask you to reduce usage;
- temporarily stop new uploads;
- restrict access to storage-heavy features;
- suspend or terminate the account in severe or repeated cases.
